Orders and payment
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Payment is processed securely by PayPal. An order is accepted after payment is confirmed; we may cancel and refund an order affected by a pricing, availability, fraud, or technical error.
Prices and promotions
Prices are shown in US dollars. Store discounts and coupon savings are displayed before payment. A manual coupon may be combined with an automatic promotion only when the offer explicitly allows it, and promotional eligibility may change if products or quantities in the cart change.
Shipping
Shipping is free on every order delivered within the United States, and every shipment includes tracking. The current delivery estimate shown on the storefront includes order processing and carrier transit; it remains an estimate and may be affected by seasonal volume, weather, the carrier, or the destination. Returns and refunds
Return requests may be made within 14 days after delivery. For any eligible return that is not due to a change of mind—including a product that arrives damaged or defective—we provide a prepaid return label and cover return shipping. For a change-of-mind return, the buyer pays return shipping and the product must be unopened and unused. After we receive and verify an eligible return, we initiate the refund to the original payment method immediately; the payment provider may need additional time to post it. Manufacturer warranty
Products are covered by the applicable manufacturer warranty under the manufacturer's terms. Contact us if you need help with a warranty request.
