Return window

You may request an eligible return within 14 days after delivery. Start the request through Contact Us and include your order number.

Free returns for product issues

For any eligible return that is not a change-of-mind return—including a product that arrives damaged or defective—RiveraHotDeals will provide a prepaid return label and cover the return shipping cost. We will exchange a damaged or defective product for a new product at no additional cost. Include your order number and details about the issue when you contact us.

Change-of-mind returns

For a change-of-mind return, the buyer is responsible for return shipping. The product must be unopened and unused.

Refunds

After we receive and verify an eligible return, we initiate the refund to the original payment method immediately. Your payment provider or bank may need additional time to post the credit. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Manufacturer warranty

Products are covered by the applicable manufacturer warranty under the manufacturer's terms. Use Contact Us if you need help with a warranty request.
